Een gebouw aan de buitenkant is voor de passerende mens van belang. Voor de gebruiker is beide van belang: de binnenkant en de buitenkant. In elk geval is het dus belangrijk om een goed en verantwoord ontwerp te maken. Voor de buitenkant, dus voor de passerende mens, kan voor het ontwerp gekozen worden om aan te passen aan de omgeving maar ik kan mij ook voorstellen dat je juist kiest voor een "kers op de taart", voor een afwijkend ontwerp. Een stad of landschap heeft een "landmark" nodig, een oriëntatiepunt. Zit u met een kavel maar weet u niet hoe of wat? Ik kan je daar mee helpen! oor de gebruiker, de mens, is, voor wat betreft de binnenkant, het in de eerste plaats van belang dat alle geplande activiteiten kunnen plaatsvinden. Maar er is meer dan dat. Niet alleen maar m2 en m3 zijn noodzakelijk in een gebouw. Ook zorg ik voor ruimtelijkheid, lichtinval, uitzicht. Wat is ruimtelijkheid? Ruimtelijkheid gaat over de relaties tussen de ruimten, de verbinding tussen ruimten. Een kleine ruimte kan door slim om te gaan met de ruimte toch nog groot lijken. Hoe dan? Bijvoorbeeld door minder verkeersruimte te maken. Alles heeft te maken met de ordening van de ruimten ten opzichte van elkaar. Bij een goede lichtinval functioneert de mens beter, dus dat is belangrijk. Op sommige plekken is lichtinval belangrijker dan andere. Licht van boven is altijd prettig. Denk aan een daklicht. Ook kan het handig zijn om grote glaspuien te plaatsen om lichtinval van de ene ruimte naar de andere te laten gaan. Zie het plaatje hierboven. Overigens is dit ontwerp ook een goed voorbeeld van ruimtelijkheid. Wil je dit ook? Ik kan je daarbij helpen! Lichtinval en uitzicht gaan vaak samen. De mens, ik ook, staat graag in contact met zijn of haar omgeving. Ook al zien of spreken we een dag lang niemand, het contact met de buitenwereld is belangrijk. Creativity
A good example is the rear renovation of a house. There was a semicircular extension at the front, which was rebuilt at the rear. I added a sloping roof for more natural light and a unique lintel detail that really gives the extension's design a distinctive touch.
